PRA DESTINATION MANAGEMENT OFFERING FRANCHISES

PRA Destination Management is now offering franchises to new and existing DMCs throughout the United States. For franchisees, it is an opportunity to identify themselves with PRA's strong market presence, plus take advantage of the systems and technology that PRA has pioneered.
Franchising allows PRA to couple its expertise and market equity with the commitment and motivation that comes from local ownership. Patti Roscoe, chairman of PRA, stated, "Over the years, our clients have often requested that we operate programs at destinations in which we have no physical presence or buying power. With the franchise approach to expansion, we provide the training, systems, technology and quality assurance mechanisms, while the local owner provides the commitment and community-based involvement that are both keys to operating a successful DMC." Roscoe also stated, "We're acutely aware that our reputation is valuable, and we'll ensure that our new partners have the training, resources and philosophical understanding of what PRA means to its clients, in order to preserve and enhance that reputation. Franchisees will share PRA's existing client database and will participate in an international business network. PRA will provide marketing and operational support ranging from collateral, identity and presentation materials to custom software and our training curriculum. PRA will equip franchisees with a training curriculum networking capabilities to PRA computers and proprietary software, allowing them to streamline event pricing, proposal generation, internal and external communication and business maintenance functions such as accounting and payroll.
