Madelyn Marusa has handled major incentive houses and National Accounts at PRA since 1983. She began her career in the industry as Managing Director for Cush Tours, a wholesale tour operator in San Diego, from 1976 to 1980, and then as Director of Purchasing for Tayler International, an incentive company in Irvine, California, from 1980 to 1983.

Shari Millman began her PRA career as an Account Manager in 1991 and was promoted to Manager/Training Services in 1995 and promoted to Director of Franchise Operations in 1999. From 1988 to 1991 Ms. Millman worked as a meeting planner for Titan Sports in Stamford, Connecticut.
Jennifer Reighley

Jennifer Reighley began her work in the destination management industry with the 1988 America's Cup in San Diego. After graduating from the University of San Diego, Jennifer joined PRA in 1996. She worked in the sales division until her promotion to Regional Resources Coordinator in October 1998. With the expansion of franchise services, Jennifer was promoted to her current position in August 1999.
